3. User Obligations

4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment: All coaching fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing and schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellations: We require at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in the forfeiture of that session or a full charge for the missed appointment.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been purchased

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, software, coaching materials, worksheets, and methodologies, are the exclusive property of Juicy Walton or its licensors.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial business use.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any of our content without our prior written permission

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Livingston, Montana. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
